Simple but powerful

I have been gifting time and space to some amazing woman online here for over two years and now it is time to open up the space again. I guide you with simple instructions in awareness practice.

Weekly gathering

Every week you will jump onto my zoom call and learn a very simple but powerful way to land into the body. A chance to be present to the moment arising. No fixing anything just being with what is and loving it all.

Why me? I am not here to create a different reality or change your thinking I am just here to hold what is true for me and offer you the chance to experience your own authentic reality.

Online freedom today

Week 1- drop into noticing

Never meditated before- join me for a simple practice of becoming more aware of what surrounds you.

Week 2- release pain blocks

Land into the body and learn how to open into what arises, maybe pain, discomfort, frustration or something different.

Week 3- Notice the games

Play a little in past stories of the mind, notice the reach into future and return to stillness

Week 4- love to play

Emotions of your little person welcome to exposure and acknowledgement. Embrace your innocence.

Week 5- setting boundaries

Sitting in the witnessing of how response, viruses reaction arrive when boundaries have been crossed.

Week 6- Working with Grace

Review of all lessons and allowing the stillness to wash us bath us and guide us in this stillness that is grace.

Please share only from your own experience, using “I” language (for example, “I feel…” or “I notice…”). This keeps our communication clear, personal, and grounded in self-awareness.

Dear Tanya,

It must be at least 7 or 8 months since you invited me to join your experimental Monday Night Women’s Group. As you know, I said OK only because it was you,

as I trust you.

Quickly I came to really enjoy and look forward to our sessions. Friendly, kind, funny faces and a place I could say safely whatever I want or need to, to get some support. Lots of

laughs and warm wishes from the ladies I now regard as friends..

You put a lot of thought into the meditation part, it’s always changing - go for it, let’s try it out!

Do you remember that for a while there I was saying “That was the best yet” from rotating cobalt blue balls of light to sighing loudly, to sending love to stiff necks, to "Nothing to do, nothing to fix” to mentors round a campfire, to falling into my body… it’s like both a swim in

a cool river and a warm bath. Refreshing and soothing? Reviving and relaxing? A weekly small and interesting holiday for my brain. Learning to place my consciousness elsewhere

(looking at something for 5 breaths) has been a winner move to learn in the past few weeks.

You have a talent for drawing people in and bringing out the best in them. Their joy and

success is your joy and success. I trust you completely, both as a person and as a meditation guide. I think that trust is important - I feel no shame or shyness, only at ease.

Thank you for all that you do - you’re a constant source of good vibes and intuitive support and you inspire me to happiness. I thoroughly recommend your sessions.
